10 Things to Design Your Life and to Live In Your Passion

Gallery

“If you cannot put your heart in it, take yourself out of it…”

Its true that many of the people are existing but not living their life but why? There is no life if you don’t have a passion.

Its proven that we are the designers of out life as great people said “You are the product of your thoughts..”. Here, in this article I just listing down some points that can change your life; it can help you to “design your life and live in your passion..”.

1- Let go of the stuff that pulls back you from achieving your dream, desire and life that you are dreaming

Today is the day, where I challenge YOU to look deep within yourself and ask yourself a hard question;

What or who, in your life, do you need to let go of in order to cleanse out anger, frustration, emotional pain, sorrow, fear, negative thoughts etc?

Yes, its true that we all carry many things that we don’t need actually but we are not realizing that such things are squeezing your energy, make you feel tired, will let you down always when you want to do something.

ERASE all those thoughts, stuffs, people from your mind and life and start a new life that you are dreaming. Life needs a cleansing to start a new day.

2-Forgive yourself: Stop regretting about the past and start dreaming for the future

Many people, sometimes including me also regret about the past things, one thing is sure that we cannot change the past; so always think “past is past and lost is lost..”.

Make a decision to forgive yourself and move on – shift your focus from what you did not do; to what you can do now and in the future.

3- Identify the stuff that makes you happy and spent time for that and set it as the high priority thing in your life

All are wandering unnecessarily to get happiness, peace and comfort. Be quite for sometime and think about each and every moment that made you happy and from that choose the best thing and set it as your catalyst for happiness.

For example:

Spending time with your loved ones

– Listen your favorite music

– Take a day out

– Enjoy the solitude

Give much of your time to nurture things that make you happy than wasting time for unnecessary things.

4-  Action oriented attitude= success

People take resolutions but most of them are not trying for that. Have a quick review on your past year targets and achievements, in most of the cases you might see no result. so,

You either take action towards your goals or you don´t – there´s no in between! There´s no trying.

Being action oriented also means that you stop over-thinking things (because that´s not action), you look at the situation, make a quick decision to do what´s best – and then go take care of it!

Don’t let anything stand in your way, be proud of who you are and the decisions you make!

5- Prioritize what really matters and let go of the rest:- make room for what you really want

You can design your life by choosing what you want in your life but for that you need to make room for that, which means you should prioritize things that matters.

Always do things that meet your happiness and passion; never give your time and energy for what you don’t like to do and follow. Say “NO” without any hesitation and move fast.

6-Find your power quote and get inspired by that

Finding a power or making your own quote will give the energy and inspiration for achieve things in your life.

I defined my own power quote and that gives me some kind of fuel when i think of it. hmm. my quote is the following:-

“Designing my life and living in my passion…”

Really the above quote is from my heart and I trust the words in that, especially the word passion. So find your own quote and try to achieve the real life.

7-Raise your standards and enjoy the quality of life

Its not a marketing theme or something like that; its purely means setting up of higher standards in your life.

For eg. there is a hidden fact ‘people always unconsciously notice your shoes while you coming, so wear nice shoes..‘ . In this it tells, raise your standards in the following areas of life:-

– Physical and grooming (buy one or two branded things, you will see that people notice you..)

– Communication and approach (talk with full clarity, good eye contact etc)

– Professional (always provide more than expected, speak abot something new in discussions etc)

– Social (raise your attachment and make others feel your presence)

8- Identify your passion and break the rules for achieve that (only if needed)

The only person who can define your limit is YOU. So now break the rules and boundaries that you set in you mind and explore the real life.

You don’t need to obey the rule that pulls back you from achieving your dreams and life. So Break It!!

9- You weren’t born to be perfect, you were born to be yourself

“Perfectionism is always end in frustration…”

Never be a perfectionist, if you are, you will never be comfortable and satisfied.

Accept who you are and believe that no one replace your seat. If you do things with your full capacity, that itself is enough to achieve you want in your life.

Follow the three rules:-

1. Acknowledge your flaws instead of trying to hide them -ultimately you’ll gain more respect

2. Acknowledge your flaws instead of trying to hide them  ultimately you’ll gain more respect

3. Start with what you have – don´t wait for things to be perfect

10- Trust your heart and do what you love

Finally do what you love..

You don’t need to convince anyone, do things that you love but ensure that others are not affected by you. Without passion you cannot do things at its fullest, you cannot love what you do. So find your passion and live with that.

If you are passionate in doing things that you love:

– you will never feel tired and boring

-you will create wonders

– there won’t be any excuses

“Design your life and live in your passion…”

2014: Three Things to Do: Have A Dream, Break The Rules and Live Like Legend

Standard

2014: Here are some questions that you need to ask yourself before entering into 2014…

a- Have you achieved anything that you targeted in 2013..?

b- What you feel when you compare 2013 with 2012..?

c- Did you create any mesmerizing moments in 2013..?

d- Did anybody feel any impact because of your presence or absence..?

IF THE ANSWER IS NO, THEN YOU ARE SIMPLY EXISTING NOT LIVING YOUR LIFE…..

Its true that many of the above questions would remain unanswered and which means YOU are simple flowing with the time without making a life of your own.

But 2014 can be a very fruitful and unforgettable year, how..? The answer is very simple, you need to have the following three things in your mind. Only you can create a transformation in your life. Here the three things:-

1. Have A Dream

In 2014, always think and dream about the life that you want to live when you have everything with you. It is only the dream that can take you to the success. So for that dream dream and dream.

Think about what are all the things that you need to do and think what are all the things that are far from you. Make a plan and take it as a habit of sticking on with your plan.

TAKE A RESOLUTION FOR 2014 THAT CAN CHANGE THE WAY YOU LIVE.

2. Break The Rules

History is made by those who BREAK THE RULES.

In your life all the rules and boundaries are defined only by YOU, so BREAK IT… If the man created the rule, the man can break it.

Never follow any rules; never make any boundaries that take away your happiness and dream, if there is then BREAK IT…

There is only one life and we don’t need to get any permission to celebrate it….

3. Live Like Legend

Definitely, in your dreams you are living a life that you exactly wish for. But don’t you want to create such a life..?

10 Things: The Life Taught Me…

Standard

From: My Life (Abin c Pascal)

Play the moments, pause the memories, stop the pain, and rewind the happiness

 …Mary Ann

 1.       Education: It is for sharing and using not to keep as a safe thing in your pocket

Education: the base of a quality life. Education is not only getting the knowledge but it is all about sharing and using that in practical life. A man with a bundle of unused and unshared knowledge is like a man with a big jar of wine but not tasting and sharing it. It is worth nothing but wasting the space. Always share what you have and use it. The people will say that you are a leader and a consultant.

2.       Career: If you go for experience and knowledge, career will be lucrative and full of excitements

It a common illusion we turn our career into a cash plowing field in the beginning itself, it is a great mistake!!! Always follow you passion to choose your career and in the starting we will be facing liters and liters of difficulties but if you give your focus only on your experience and knowledge, soon you will be plowing tons and tons of benefits from your career. You will get the moneyfame and strength automatically. So focus on your passionknowledge and experience.

3.       Being positive is always gives you pleasure

Positive the word itself gives some positive energy. When I was starting my career as a management consultant, the challenges were high but now I am enjoying the job like anything and I am passionate about this job. See everything as a symbol of positive energy you will find no challenges but opportunities.

4.       Creating impact on others will make you remembered forever

“IMPACT”: When we say the word, we can feel the pressure and strength of it. Anybody can live in the world but at the end of the day people will remember only those who created some impact over their lives and such people are remembered foreverAlways ensure that your job, your character, your presence and your love has made some kind of impact on others. This is the only reason people feel void when they miss somebody. Think about it, think about the people who are in contact with you and think about the changes that they made only because of your presence, if there is it means you live in their minds

5.       Attitude matters- It’s a choice

Attitude is the only thing that matters in the new world. Attitude means the way you see the challenges as opportunities, the way you learn failure as the lesson of success, the way you behave when you are in the top position, the way you mind people when you have everything in your hand. From my consulting experience, I interviewed more than 1500 candidates and the major factor that I measured was the attitude of them. A good attitude will take you to the top level even if you are on the ground.

6.       Rectifying mistakes at right time will be valued more than a success

Mistakes!!! It is not at all a mistake if you rectify it at the right time. Always accept the mistakes that you have done and rectify it at the right time, then people will respect and your mistakes will not be counted. Learn from each mistake and teach others and improve yourself and never repeat the same again.

7.       Priority is the only thing that makes you win the game

Life is all about priorities, everything that you do is unknowingly prioritized by your mind and brain. If you don’t prioritize the life will no longer go like you dream, so always prioritize things that you like and follow that. In other words prioritizing is a common sense that helps you to understand what is more important to you.

8.       Love can change everything

Love the only thing that nobody can define properly, but it’s a feelLove and impact are highly co-related. When you love somebody, only the positive impact can make him/her love you back. It can change anything, it can break any rules and boundaries that mankind defined. If the impact of your love is high and deep then you will feel the changes around you, people will start feeling void in your absence.

9.       Solitude will help you to find yourself if you take it positively

Everybody feels that solitude or being alone is dark but for me it is the situation that helps me to discover the things in me. When I am alone I don’t have any boundaries in expressing what I feel then and there, I could go anywhere I wish to go, I could dream without any disturbances and I could talk to myself  and many more. All these things would shape the character of mine. So believe solitude can brings you better thoughts and realizations. Try at least once and you will explore who you are and what you want in your life.

10.   Creating great memories give you mesmerizing moments…always

Creating great memories is the place where everything come together, love, impact, passion and life. I have learned that great memories are always come from great love and passion because the impact of those two things will be remembered and live forever. Think anybody who is contact with you, a name will come like a swift, it only because they have made an impact and that you remember every time when you think about them. These moments are called mesmerizing moments that make you feel special every time.  Yes, I feel the great memories….

LLP- Life Is All About Learn, Love and Passion

Article written by Abin c Pascal

Life: a very simple word but complicated to define. Only the one who can create an impact on others will be remembered forever and that’s why life is so important. It is not to just live but to make others feel that you are living.

Why Learning…?

Learning is a lifelong process where you get to know many things that are absolutely fresh to you but necessary for you. When you have the attitude to learn what life teaches you, you are the person who designs your own life. Learning can help you to:-

  • See things in a big picture
  • Let people follow you rather than you follow them
  • Take everything in a positive way
  • Make a better life with the experience that you have

Why Loving..?

Love: there is no reason for love, if there is, it won’t be love. Always understand, you cannot love anyone for a reason; if there is a reason then it is called ‘like’. At the end of the day people counts how you loved them, how you care for them and what impact that you have made on them..? So love without any limits and regrets and break everything that stands against it, finally love your own life and celebrate it like a festival. Love in life is:-

  • To make life more live
  • To feel special in each and every moment
  • To transform everything around you

Why Passion..?

Passion: is something like addiction and you never find satisfaction without it. If you have the passion in doing things, you never mind getting any return out of that, you never care about the time, you never feel frustrated but you feel full of energy and enthusiasm. So have a passion in your life and make it as your life.

  • Full of energy and enthusiasm when doing things
  • No worry about time, benefit and risk
  • Each time you will cherish about what you have accomblished

I would say

“When you find your passion you find the meaning of your life…”

Celebrate your life with LLP and make a transformation in the way you are living your life…

“Design your life and live in your passion…”

How to Keep a Life Changing Resolution for 2014

Image

From wiki- Edited by Abin c Pascal

At the beginning of each year, many people make a decision to seek a fresh start. The new year is a great time to commit to a life changing resolution, such as becoming healthier, finding a new career, paying more heed to your close relationships, and so forth. Yet, making the resolution is one thing––sticking to it is quite another and many people fail to follow through to the commitment’s end. To increase your chances of keeping your life changing resolution, here are some simple ways to increase your chances.

1- Rekindle your inner imp. Who says the “better” you is your stuffy self all prim and proper? With so many edicts to behave yourself, sometimes there’s a risk you’ll equate being better with conforming to some highly unrealistic standard planted in your head by confused media messages. Yes, it is important to eat healthily, exercise and quit “bad” habits. But equally, moderation requires that you accept yourself and let go of any scolding approach to self-improvement. When you let out the silly, sassy, playfully mischievous, and audacious person within, you reveal your true colors. You can accomplish anything––as long as you drop the fault finding and look for all that’s right with you.

2- Be non-committal. Play with marvelous ideas for a bit. Half of the stuff we say we will do, we never actually plan on really doing. All the promises you feel obligated to do will be completely trashed within the first week because you resent them. Rather than treating your resolutions as absolute commitments, try something novel––consider them as trials. Try them on for size to see if they fit. You may find that the harsh exercise regime is actually wrong for your body type, while forgoing those chocolates is a sure way to end up eating more of them. Give yourself the wriggle room to ease into change, bit by bit. Gradual change is likely to last long term because you’re buying into it. And remember––you can do anything set your mind to once you really want to––meanwhile, play until you feel the time is right.

  • Much advice on making resolutions suggest you commit publicly. While this may shame you into making changes, that’s really not a good basis for making a change. You must want to shift your old self into a new self and revealing your intentions to other people can open you up to naysayers, getting picked on when your progress seems slower than expected or having people give a ton of unwanted advice. The better approach is to zip it, show an enigmatic smile if anyone questions your intentions and simply let the internal commitment motivate you in its own way instead.

3- Acknowledge that you’re complex. There is a tendency to feel that the old you has to be shown the door and the new you will miraculously be much better. Yet, it’s both unrealistic to expect such a dramatic transformation and it’s a denial of the reality that you’re already a complex being with many facets. Which part of yourself are you challenging to change? You’ll need to think of the trigger situations or people who bring out the facets of yourself that you’re not so proud of, rather than assuming a one-size-solution will create change. Hence, a renowned diet may sound great but unless you face the reason why you overeat, eat the wrong sorts of foods or fail to exercise, that diet resolution is doomed. Only you know yourself well enough to face the deeper truths.

4- Live in a land of conundrums. Many resolutions tend to be all or nothing, black and white. And this tends to be why they’re set to fail. So, rather than stating “I intend to stop eating fried food forever” and assuming you will stick to this strict finality, give yourself the freedom to mix and match solutions that even each other out and restore the fun in life. Slow down and pick up the pace. Try yoga and drink triple lattes. Let your childlike wisdom shine. Try “modern urban rustic” decor. Be a modern minimalist multi-tasker. Drink nonalcoholic beer. Experiment with the extremes and see what marvelous moments you come up with.

5- Be unrealistic. Being realistic limits your options and tends to keep you in the zone of “that’ll never work”, a place most people stay in. You won’t change when you’re too invested in worrying about what might go wrong or what might hurt you. To get beyond this impasse, think bigger about the world than you ever have before. Go outside your comfort zone. Dream beyond your expectations. You have miraculous abilities to accomplish all you desire so passionately dream and dream some more––in vivid technicolor if possible. Keep dreaming until you have considered every imaginable possibility that thrills you. Some of it may well be too fantastical but within your dreaming, solid and workable ideas and plans will form. Finally, you’ll feel empowered by the process.

6- Steal resources. Why recreate the wheel? Just find all the people around you who have achieved the same or similar goals. Find out what worked for them––and what didn’t. Try their solutions on for size. Add plenty of personal modifications so the color, style, and habits fit you like a glove. Following in the footsteps of others is a tremendous way of enhancing your own talents and ideas, to reinvent and to make new discoveries from your own perspective. Knowing what others know is an investment in yourself.

  • Never before have so many people had so many opportunities to learn from skillful, inspiring, intelligent, interesting and innovative people than in our era of the internet. You can find out about almost any public figure you admire through video lectures, websites and other online resources. What are you waiting for?

7- Get busy. Resolutions lack spine if you fail to act. They’ll flop about in your gray matter, turning into sources of resentment when you ignore the work needed to implement them. Make the effort in small ways––getting started gives your resolution life and gives you motivation. And be very careful not to let resolutions turn into vague affirmations––sitting around all day telling yourself that things are going to change and get better won’t bring the universe to you. Get up, get going and something will happen in the doing.

8- Throw your arms up. Give in and give up. It’s the stress and strain that’s got your panties in a bunch. Without the worry and sense of urgency that comes from impatience, perfectionism and over attachment to single issues, you can do some pretty fierce stuff. You always got great results in the past when you were free flowing, energized and in the moment. Let go now and see what happens.

Be selfish. Give yourself unadulterated permission to think about you and only you! Be incredibly opinionated and resolute about what feels wonderful––then go for what you want. Allow yourself to connect with your true desires, wants, and needs. Toss out societal expectations and indulge in what makes you smile!
